What We're Looking For
- Solid experience in Quality Assurance with a solid understanding of manual testing techniques and defect management.
- Proficiency in designing and executing test cases based on business requirements and user stories.
- Familiarity with Agile development environments, participating in ceremonies like sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium for browser-based test automation.
- Ability to design, run, and maintain automated test scripts, and interpret test results within CI pipelines.
- Experience working with tools like Postman for API testing and Jira, TestRail, or Zephyr for test case management.
- Knowledge of test concepts such as regression testing, smoke testing, exploratory testing, and UAT.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
