Job Description:
As a Senior Consultant supporting our Federal government client, you will work as part of an innovative team to research, prepare, and deliver high-quality solutions. You will be trusted to complete tasks independently, begin leading others in completing tasks, and contribute to the overall team effort to solve challenging problems for the benefit of our customers.
The successful candidate will have the ability to:
- Facilitate recurring meetings and strategy sessions with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress on project initiatives.
- Assist in creating and managing strategic communications, including developing promotional materials.
- Provide weekly office hours for project related inquiries, troubleshooting, and stakeholder support.
- Conduct up to four site visits to assess programs, identify barriers or risks, and provide mitigation strategy recommendations.
- Contribute to the development of promotional videos, training modules, and other media resources to enhance stakeholder engagement and project outreach.
- Provide project coordination support as needed, assisting with scheduling, task tracking, and ensuring timely project execution across multiple locations.
- Submit detailed monthly status reports documenting project progress, including activities, resources expended and other relevant information.
- Assist in identifying successful initiatives and expanding their adoption across a broader network, ensuring effective implementation and driving systematic improvements in key areas.
- Support efforts to engage and inform local stakeholders, ensuring they remain informed and actively involved in the process of implementing best practices.
- Collaborate in developing thorough implementation guides for each successful practice, providing a clear and comprehensive resource for facilities to reference during adoption.
- Prepare monthly progress reports and dashboards that highlight the status, challenges, risk mitigation, and key outcomes of each practice.
- Support data collection and analysis to assess the impact and success of each practice, ensuring accurate tracking of relevant metrics.
- Produce final reports at the end of each implementation phase, documenting outcomes, lessons learned, and recommendations for future improvements.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, communications or related discipline
- 6+ years of relevant, professional experience
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams and working with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven experience in supporting a Program Management Office (PMO)
- Curious and open-minded approach to work
- Thrive in a continuous Build-Measure-Learn cycle
- Engage with technology—with comfort and ease (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, Monday, Slack, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with healthcare systems, operational processes, or program implementation at multiple locations.
- Experience consulting or working for the Federal government.
Job Location and Travel Expectations:
- This position is remote. Some travel (<25%) is anticipated.
- Some meetings will be conducted on-site with customers in Washington, D.C.
