ABOUT THE ROLE
Techno is looking for an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative, logistical, and coordination support to Senior Executive Leadership, including both professional and select personal responsibilities. This individual will also support general office operations in our New York headquarters to ensure seamless daily functionality. The role requires exceptional judgment, calendar strategy expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Personal & Logistics Coordination – CEO & SVP

Provide discreet support for personal scheduling, including health appointments and insurance-related matters

Coordinate personal travel arrangements and transportation logistics

Track personal to-do items, reminders, and household-related logistics

Arrange groceries, medication, and food deliveries as needed
Office Management

Oversee day-to-day office operations and facility management for the New York City office

Manage supply inventory across conference rooms, pantry areas, and general team needs

Maintain an organized, professional, and efficient office environment

Coordinate in-office meals and team events driving efficiency, cost management, and variety

Serve as primary point of contact for vendors, landlord, and external service providers
Executive Leadership Support

Manage complex calendars, strategically prioritizing meetings, initiatives, and time allocation

Arrange travel logistics, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries

Track key action items, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution across initiatives

Draft light correspondence and manage routine executive communications

Provide ongoing support for calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting
QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years supporting senior executives (C-suite/SVP), including complex calendar and travel management

Experience with office operations and facilities coordination

Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communicator with strong written/verbal skills and Microsoft Office proficiency

Proactive, flexible, and solutions-driven, comfortable handling business and personal matters

The expected salary range for this role in the New York City Metropolitan Area is $30 - $38 per hour. The total compensation, including salary and bonuses, is determined by various factors such as experience, skill level, location, and qualifications, which are evaluated during the interview process
