ABOUT THE ROLE
The Scheduler will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules to support the successful delivery of capital program initiatives. This role provides critical insight into timelines, sequencing, and dependencies, enabling proactive risk identification and mitigation. The Scheduler will work closely with project teams to ensure schedules reflect real-time progress and align with overall program goals. This position is essential in driving schedule performance, supporting reporting requirements, and ensuring projects are executed in a structured and coordinated manner.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Develop and maintain CPM schedules and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
- Update schedules based on progress, actuals, and changes in scope
- Identify schedule risks, delays, and mitigation strategies
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to align sequencing and dependencies
- Perform schedule analysis, including critical path and float analysis
- Support reporting on schedule performance and milestone tracking
- Implement schedule controls, forecasting, and change management processes
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 7–10+ years of scheduling experience on infrastructure or capital projects
- Strong experience with CPM scheduling and schedule controls
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools
- Experience supporting public agency or transit projects preferred
- PMI-SP certification is a plus

The expected salary range for this role in the New York City Metropolitan Area is $40 - $80 per hour. The total compensation, including salary and bonuses, is determined by various factors such as experience, skill level, location, and qualifications, which are evaluated during the interview process
