ABOUT THE ROLE
Techno is seeking a Scheduler / Scheduler Analyst to support a high profile, large scale infrastructure program within the Program Controls division. This role is embedded within a complex, multi package construction environment involving significant coordination across engineering, construction, and program leadership teams.
You will play a key role in developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules that support critical decision making across the program. This includes working across multiple contracts and stakeholders to ensure schedules are accurate, aligned, and reflective of real time project conditions.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of data, construction, and strategy, and is looking to contribute to a technically demanding program with high visibility and impact.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar scheduling tools

Support the creation and management of baseline schedules across multiple contracts and workstreams

Monitor schedule performance, identify variances, and provide analysis to support corrective actions

Perform critical path analysis and assess schedule impacts related to delays, changes, and risk events

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to validate schedule progress and updates

Integrate schedule data across disciplines to support program level reporting and forecasting

Assist in evaluating contractor schedules for compliance with project requirements and standards

Support schedule related reporting including progress updates, forecasts, and executive summaries

Contribute to schedule risk assessments and scenario planning efforts

Maintain schedule documentation and ensure alignment with program controls processes and standards
QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of experience in scheduling or schedule analysis within heavy civil, infrastructure, or large scale construction environments

Proficiency with Primavera P6 is required

Strong understanding of scheduling principles including critical path method, float analysis, and schedule forecasting

Experience working across multiple contracts or complex program environments is highly preferred

Ability to interpret construction sequencing, phasing, and coordination across disciplines

Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, risks, and potential delays within schedule data

Experience reviewing and analyzing contractor submitted schedules is a plus

Familiarity with project controls concepts including cost, risk, and change management is preferred

Experience supporting projects involving major transportation agencies such as the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey, New Jersey Transit, or similar entities is highly preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred

The expected salary range for this role in the New Jersey is $65 - $75 per hour. The total compensation, including salary and bonuses, is determined by various factors such as experience, skill level, location, and qualifications, which are evaluated during the interview process
