ABOUT THE ROLE
Techno is looking for an Executive Assistant to supportsenior leadership within its New York City office. This role blends traditional executive support with hands-on office coordination and personal task management, requiring someone who can operate with discretion, structure, and strong follow-through.
You will act as a central point of coordination—managing calendars, handling logistics, and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly across both professional and personal priorities.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Personal & Administrative Support
- Coordinate personal appointments, schedules, and ongoing commitments
- Handle logistics such as transportation, deliveries, and household-related tasks
- Maintain organized tracking of reminders and personal priorities
Office Management
- Oversee day-to-day office coordination for the NYC location
- Manage inventory of supplies and ensure shared spaces are maintained
- Coordinate in-office meetings, meals, and small internal events
- Liaise with vendors, building management, and service providers as needed
Executive Leadership Support
- Manage complex calendars, prioritizing meetings and protecting executive time
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and logistics
- Track action items, deadlines, and follow-ups across multiple workstreams
- Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and routine administrative tasks
- Support expense tracking and submission
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior leadership (C-suite or equivalent)
- Strong background in calendar management, travel coordination, and executive support
- Experience supporting office operations or workplace coordination
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with tools like Asana or Notion is a plus
- Comfortable handling a mix of business and personal responsibilities with discretion

The expected salary range for this role in the New York City Metropolitan Area is $30 - $38 per hour. The total compensation, including salary and bonuses, is determined by various factors such as experience, skill level, location, and qualifications, which are evaluated during the interview process
