TEGNA Inc. is looking for a Product Manager to join it's Digital Content Team. In this role, you will be responsible for TEGNA’s websites and HLS video stream product. Together, these products generate nearly $60 million dollars in annual revenue and reach tens of millions of users across the United States.
In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, and our internal software design and development teams. You will work in an Agile environment to define user stories, acceptance criteria, groom backlogs, help prioritize features, and ultimately, be responsible for the success of your products.

Responsibilities:
- Bring a fresh perspective to TEGNA’s products
- Work closely with our stakeholders to identify user needs and pain points to inform the product roadmap
- Review designs, write documentation, and provide analysis
- Help shape features through thoughtful data collection, insightful observations, and careful analysis
- Assist in Quality Assurance for new features
- Create customer-facing documentation and guide Knowledge Management, Training and Support
- Proactively assist in the management and prioritization of a backlog
Requirements:
- Experience as a website product manager or working with video streams
- Demonstrated ability to manage digital products
- Examples of achieving aggressive goals
- Analytical and strategic in the way you approach and solve problems
- Able to accurately handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work well independently and as a member of a larger team
- Exceptional collaborator and communicator (written, verbal)
Bonus qualifications:
- Expertise within an OKR-driven organization
- Experience as a website product manager AND working with video streams
- Understanding of journalism, digital workflow, and the current media landscape
- Up-to-date and knowledgeable about the latest trends, innovations, and best practices in Digital Product Management
Pay Range
$90,000 - $120,000 USD
