**This is a fully remote position. Preference for new hire to reside in Los Angeles, CA. Mandatory for new hire to be based in the West Coast.**

Premion is seeking a Regional Account Executive for the national/direct sales team that will focus on sales of our Premion OTT/CTV advertising solution to agencies and clients. This person reports to the Director of Regional Sales.

What You Will Do:

  • Business development, retention, and expansion for the Premion national sales team
  • Possess the necessary new business ''hunter'' mentality
  • Perform cold contacts with sources and networks
  • Maintain high sales activity with weekly presentations to key decision makers & agency groups
  • Deliver engaging, consultative, & impactful presentations with clients in-person and through video conference
  • Identify, monitor, and accurately forecast sales activity and pipeline
  • Cultivate, develop, and foster relationships across agencies and brands
  • Subject matter expertise in OTT/CTV, data solutions, & attribution
  • Collaborate with internal sales partners and communicate effectively to generate and grow revenue

What You Need:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of media sales experience in key markets
  • Proven record of sales achievement
  • Experience with media sales, preferably in the OTT video industry
  • Effective driver of new business, integrated revenue, and strategy
  • Strong attention to detail and roll up your sleeves mentality
  • Advanced CRM system experience; Salesforce.com experience preferred
  • Attention to detail and organization
  • Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and team player
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexibility to work in a rapidly changing environment
  • Time management and the ability to juggle competing client needs
  • Ability to travel 20% of the time (?)

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (Communications, Marketing or Journalism preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Salesforce or CRM software is required
  • Knowledge of media buying platforms, Strata and Mediaocean preferred
  • Working knowledge of Wide Orbit preferred 
  • Travel: Occasionally: 10-25%
