We are seeking a curious, analytical, and forward-thinking Data Scientist to join our HR Operations & Technology team. This new role will help unlock insights about our workforce by building dashboards, standardizing metrics, and applying data science to drive strategic people decisions.

This is a hybrid position based in our Indianapolis office (WTHR), with in-office presence required 3 days per week.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze workforce data to uncover trends and drive insights
• Define and standardize key people metrics and reporting
• Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI
• Use APIs to automate and connect data sources
• Apply AI/ML models to support forecasting and anomaly detection

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of data science or BI experience (HR focus is a bonus)
• Skilled in Power BI, Excel, and a scripting language (Python/R)
• Experience working with APIs and data integrations
• Familiarity with people systems like UKG, Greenhouse, or ServiceNow is a plus
