Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership: Build trusted, long-term relationships with C-suite executives and business unit leaders, serving as a key advisor on all talent management and HR matters.
  • Consultative Expertise: Leverage advanced analytical skills and deep HR knowledge to diagnose business needs, recommend strategic solutions, and navigate complex people-related challenges.
  • Business Impact: Align HR initiatives with overall business strategy, ensuring HR programs directly contribute to achieving company goals.
  • Leadership Development: Partner with leaders at all levels to coach and develop their people management capabilities, fostering a high-performing and engaged workforce.
  • Change Champion: Champion HR transformation initiatives, effectively communicating changes and gaining buy-in from stakeholders across the organization.
  • Metrics & Measurement: Develop and track HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of programs, demonstrating the positive impact of HR on the bottom line.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of emerging HR trends and best practices, continuously seeking new ways to improve and add value to the organization.

Skills and Experience

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.  
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of HRBP experience, preferably in a SaaS company.  
  • A seasoned HR professional with a proven track record of success in a business partnering role.
  • Possess exceptional consultative skills, with the ability to effectively influence and persuade senior leaders.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building strong relationships at all levels.
  • Passionate about HR and its role in driving business success.
  • Find deep satisfaction in solving complex problems and making a tangible impact on the organization.

The salary range for this position is $114,000 - $193,700.  The salary range describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this position across applicable US locations. This position is also eligible for a bonus whereby total compensation may exceed base salary depending on individual performance. The actual compensation offered may vary from the posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. In addition to the compensation listed, this position is eligible for equity compensation.
