We are seeking a NetSuite Techno-Functional Lead to architect and own technical solutions across our ERP ecosystem. You will serve as a subject matter expert across Finance, Operations, and cross-functional business systems, leading hands-on development, process optimization, reporting, and integration efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment and is excited to solve complex problems through smart automation and scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and maintenance of finance and accounting systems, including ERP (NetSuite), Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and other financial applications
- Configure and customize finance systems to meet business requirements and ensure data integrity across platforms
- Design and implement system workflows, automations, and integrations to enhance operational efficiency
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including user guides, process flows, and training materials
- Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions
- Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) for new system implementations and enhancements
- Collaborate with finance stakeholders to identify system requirements and process improvements
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes by ensuring system integrity and data accuracy
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data extracts to support financial analysis and decision-making
- Participate in system security reviews and maintain appropriate internal controls
- Stay current with system updates and new features to maximize functionality
- Provide training and support to system users across the organization
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in finance/accounting systems implementation, configuration, and support
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (NetSuite experience preferred) and integrated financial applications like Adaptive , Procurement and T&E systems are desired.
- Experience with financial process automation and system integrations
- Understanding of accounting principles and financial processes and working knowledge of financial processes (Quote-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash)
- Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools
- Basic SQL knowledge for data extraction and manipulation
- Familiarity with system testing methodologies and documentation best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to design and architect new system solutions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Ability to manage technical projects from design through deployment with minimal supervision.
- Strong verbal and written communication; able to translate technical details for business stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
- Experience supporting or leading system implementations, upgrades, or ERP migrations
- Understanding SOX compliance and internal control processes in a public company environment
- Prior experience in a high-growth SaaS, eCommerce, or tech company.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools
- Basic SQL knowledge for data extraction and manipulation
- Familiarity with system testing methodologies and documentation best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and working in cross-functional squads
- Ability to mentor junior team members or provide architectural guidance
- Experience with NetSuite SuiteAnalytics Workbook and/or external BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
