Job Summary: 

The Senior HR Business Partner will play a key role in driving the HR strategy and initiatives for the defined client groups in India geography. This position will partner closely with senior leaders and business stakeholders to deliver HR solutions that support business objectives and foster a positive work culture. This role helps to enable leadership success and employee engagement throughout the employee lifecycle. People Partners will align people's strategy and initiatives with the global business strategy, while supporting the change and transition of the business in the area of human capital. In addition, they will be employee champions to take care of the interest of the employee and create a healthy work life to enable communication and feedback. 

 

Responsibilities  

  • The Senior HR Business Partner is responsible for orchestrating the rollout of engagement surveys, including pre- and post-communication strategies, and ensuring the cascade of results and action plans.  
  • They provide unparalleled support to leaders, ensuring follow-up and support for this critical initiative.  
  • They also offer manager support and development, providing enablement resources and intervention assistance as needed to promote managerial success. 
  • Additionally, they facilitate the development of clear career paths and communicate growth opportunities to all teams, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.  
  • The Senior HR Business Partner oversees feedback and recognition platforms, ensuring client group system usage and engagement, and developing plans to remove any blockers to success.  
  • They provide ongoing support and coaching for performance management and rating calibration, ensuring consistency and accuracy across the organization, and encouraging a focus on top talent.  
  • Total rewards programs are managed to ensure equitable structures for team success, applied thoughtfully and consistently.  
  • In organizational design reviews, they provide support for succession planning, reorganizations, and optimizing team composition.  
  • Quarterly executive summaries are developed for each client group, including actionable insights and plans, with a focus on achievable actions aligned with team capacities.  
  • Based on comprehensive data analysis, they develop intervention recommendations and execute strategies to address identified issues within client groups.  
  • The Senior HR Business Partner ensures globally aligned and consistent communications, effectively communicating processes, programs, and plans with a focus on global alignment and clarity 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (master's degree preferred). 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR business Partnering role preferably in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong Stakeholder management skills, communication, and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to work in a diverse and multicultural environment. 
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities are important. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Experience in managing complex ER issues is preferred
