Job Description
Tekion empowers product teams to solve meaningful customer and business problems in innovative ways. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to define and drive the vision for AEC Digital Retailing analytics, reporting, and dashboarding across our dealer-facing and OEM-facing products. This role is ideal for someone who understands the metrics that matter most to automotive dealers and OEMs, and who thrives at the intersection of product strategy, business intelligence, and AI-powered insights.
Key Responsibilities

Define and own the product roadmap for analytics and data reporting tools for automotive OEMs and dealers across the platform, aligning with business goals and customer needs.

Gather and synthesize customer feedback, usage data, and business objectives to shape product vision and priorities.

Conduct hands-on data analysis and research with OEM and dealer customers to define and document business requirements for analytics and reporting solutions.

Collaborate closely with engineering and data teams to deliver scalable, high-performance reporting systems, including dashboards, embedded analytics, and custom exports.

Translate complex business requirements into simple, actionable user experiences that drive business value.

Work with OEM and dealer data sources to establish robust data ingestion, normalization, tagging, and reporting strategies.

Develop and maintain data tagging frameworks to ensure consistent analytics across the platform and partner integrations.

Ensure high levels of data accuracy, integrity, and privacy compliance across all reporting features.

Partner with go-to-market teams (sales, marketing, customer success) to drive adoption and communicate the value of analytics features.

Monitor KPIs and product success metrics to guide ongoing iteration and improvement.
Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on analytics, business intelligence, or data reporting.
- Proven track record of building and shipping analytics or reporting features for B2B or SaaS platforms.
- Strong understanding of data architecture, reporting tools (e.g., ThoughtSpot, Tableau, Power BI), and SQL.
- Experience working with Google Analytics, Adobe and other data platforms.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, especially with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to lead product strategy from concept to launch in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with data governance, compliance, and privacy concepts.
- Ability to anticipate user needs and proactively identify opportunities for product improvement.
- Passion for delivering delightful user experiences with measurable business impact.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the automotive retail industry or with dealer/OEM data.
- Knowledge of AI/ML-driven analytics and predictive insights.
