Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Partner will set the vision to attract, recruit, and retain the best people to join Tekion's team across all functions and levels within the organization. The ideal candidate has a passion for building a strong and unique company culture, loves interacting with different types of personalities, is business focused and is comfortable working with budgets and forecasts. You will be instrumental in hiring exceptional talent in a period of high growth and, in doing so, working cross functionally with senior leadership across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• This position is an expert in consultative full-cycle recruiting; passive sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, active sourcing, interviewing, scheduling interviews, ensuring all active participants use Greenhouse, coordinating hiring teams, offers and onboarding
• Serve as a strategic partner to the Leadership team in developing our Employment Branding Strategy and increasing our Talent Acquisition success. 
• Self-motivated to learn the business and the roles within the company.  Help to build team structures, understanding the “right fit” in candidates and sourcing the very best talent to fill open positions.  Provide partnership and consultation to leaders regarding the hiring and role strategies for success.
• Understand our brand, culture, mission and values to effectively serve as an ambassador for Tekion.  Develop a strong Tekion story to share with candidates.  Deeply learn departments and roles to be able to provide a clear understanding to candidates.  Use expertise to fully explain our total rewards package and ensure successful hiring.
• Serve as the primary ambassador for Tekion at recruitment events if needed
• Work to craft and manage interview processes for each role, coordinating interviews, preparing interviewers and managing required assignments / exercises 
• Utilize your expertise in recruiting technology to source, manage hiring plans and pipeline in conjunction with other functional teams.  Present and prepare dashboards and reports to hiring managers regarding the status of roles.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience and partner with the full People Team to ensure alignment regarding this critical priority
• Occasionally manage Talent Acquisition Search firms as needed.
• Experience handling a variety and number of requisitions in a very fast paced environment. 

Skills and Experience

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
• 4 plus + years of experience, preferably in high volume G&A, GTM and technology/product recruitment. 
• Strong sourcing expertise to do complex searches utilizing AI and other innovative skills
• Track record of meeting and exceeding metrics and meeting deadlines
• Expertise in communicating company opportunity with enthusiasm and authentic. 
• Empathetic and engaging interview style.
• Track record of consulting leaders to drive the most efficient/impactful hiring strategy and steps to hire the best talent available.
•  Strong organization, project management, and communication skills
• Experience working with Greenhouse is desired
• Must have strong experience with Boolean searching and LinkedIn usage.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate a clear and compelling vision and develop effective working relationships
• A “can do” attitude and the ability work as part of a team
• Comfort with accountability and ability to absorb feedback and engage in self-improvement
• A desire to make others successful and collaborate cross functionally
• Demonstrated enthusiasm and optimism
