About the Role
TeleMed2U is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our growing fully virtual care team. This role provides 100% telehealth physical therapy services, focusing on evaluation, treatment planning, therapeutic exercise instruction, and patient education across a variety of musculoskeletal and functional conditions. The ideal candidate is experienced or comfortable delivering physical therapy in a virtual setting, is patient‑focused, and can effectively guide and motivate patients through remote care.
What You Will Do
- Conduct virtual physical therapy evaluations and follow‑up visits via secure telehealth platforms
- Assess movement, function, mobility, and pain through patient‑guided examination techniques
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans appropriate for virtual delivery
- Provide therapeutic exercise instruction, mobility training, and functional movement coaching
- Monitor patient progress and modify care plans as clinically indicated
- Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, posture, ergonomics, and self‑management
- Document evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately in the EHR
- Collaborate with referring providers and care teams as needed
- Adhere to clinical guidelines, payer requirements, and telehealth best practices

Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- Active, unrestricted Physical Therapy license in CA.
- Telehealth or remote care experience preferred (training provided if needed)
- Strong patient communication and coaching skills
- Comfort using digital tools, video platforms, and EHR systems
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
