About The Role…

TeleTracking is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Healthcare Business Insights Analyst to contribute to our strategic growth and the success of our health system partners. This role will leverage a strong foundation in data analysis, financial modeling, and healthcare operations to identify, quantify, and communicate actionable insights that drive strategic business development opportunities and enhance the value delivered by TeleTracking's solutions. The ideal candidate will be adept at translating complex healthcare data into compelling business cases, supporting market analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to fuel TeleTracking's mission of improving patient flow and operational efficiency across the healthcare ecosystem. 

What You’ll Do…

  • Data-Driven Opportunity Assessment: Collect, clean, analyze, and interpret diverse healthcare data (both internal and external) to identify trends, patterns, and unmet needs that represent potential business development opportunities for TeleTracking. 
  • ROI and Business Impact Modeling: Develop and maintain robust, data-driven ROI and business impact models that quantify the value proposition of TeleTracking's solutions for current and prospective health system clients, supporting client acquisition, retention, and expansion. 
  • Market and Competitive Analysis: Conduct strategic market research and analysis to evaluate market size, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in healthcare delivery, value-based care, and health IT, informing TeleTracking's long-range growth planning. 
  • Strategic Initiative Support: Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives, including new market entry, partnership evaluations, solution enhancements, and international expansion, through data modeling and insightful reporting. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Client Success teams to understand their data needs, support strategic accounts with data-backed insights, and align solution offerings with client outcomes. 
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and executive briefs that communicate key performance indicators (KPIs), business development progress, and the impact of TeleTracking's solutions to internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Data Quality and Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used for analysis and reporting by implementing data validation processes and contributing to data management best practices
  • Communication and Visualization: Translate complex data and analytical findings into clear, concise, and compelling narratives and visualizations for both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive leadership. 
  • Ad Hoc Analysis and Insights: Conduct ad hoc analyses to address specific business questions, support strategic decision-making, and respond to urgent analytical needs.

What We Look For…

  • 3-6 years of experience in a data analyst role with a focus on business insights, or in a business development analyst role with a strong analytical component, preferably within the healthcare sector or a health IT/SaaS organization. 
  • Proven ability to analyze complex datasets, identify key trends, and generate actionable insights. 
  • Strong proficiency in developing ROI models, financial justifications, and business cases, ideally within a healthcare context. 
  • Experience with data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Excel (advanced proficiency for modeling), and familiarity with Python or R is a plus. 
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create impactful dashboards and reports. 
  • Solid understanding of healthcare operations, value-based care models, and the evolving healthcare landscape. 
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, results-oriented approach. 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Preferred:  
    • Experience working with or for health systems, healthcare consulting firms, or health technology companies. 
    • Familiarity with healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) and market intelligence platforms (e.g., Sg2, KLAS, Definitive Healthcare). 
    • Understanding of financial modeling principles and techniques. 
    • Experience presenting data-driven insights to executive leadership. 

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field; Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, MPH) preferred.
