Clinical Strategy & Solutions Executive
About The Role…
This client-facing, field-based role blends deep healthcare operational knowledge with high-level strategic influence to drive change across complex health systems.
In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted strategic advisor to C-suite and senior leaders— leading strategic conversations, uncovering latent challenges, and co-creating value-based solutions that align with TeleTracking’s mission of improving care delivery. You won’t be “selling” in the traditional sense; instead, you’ll be guiding decisions through insight-driven narratives and clinically grounded recommendations that advance client goals and system performance.
You must demonstrate executive presence, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across internal and external stakeholders. A successful candidate is not only clinically credible but can confidently navigate boardroom-level dialogue and influence decision-making with credibility, empathy, and clarity.
What You’ll Do…
- Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic thought partner to current and prospective health system clients.
- Lead collaborative, insight-driven conversations—articulating findings in a way that builds trust and unlocks opportunity.
- Translate complex workflows into clear, compelling narratives that connect the dots between client needs and TeleTracking’s value.
- Influence and inspire senior decision-makers through executive-level storytelling, visioning sessions, and tailored solution design.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Delivery teams to shape innovative, client-centric approaches.
- Participate in executive briefings, strategic planning sessions, and national forums as a credible representative of clinical transformation.
What We Look For…
- Demonstrated executive presence, with a proven ability to build rapport and credibility with C-suite and board-level leaders.
- Natural consultative style—adept at listening deeply, synthesizing insight, and guiding clients toward strategic clarity.
- Strong influencing and storytelling skills—able to communicate complex ideas with clarity, confidence, and empathy.
- 7+ years of experience in healthcare operations, clinical leadership, or consulting.
- Clinical background (e.g., RN, allied health, etc.) and deep understanding of system-level care delivery workflows.
- Ability to think critically and navigate ambiguity; capable of co-creating solutions and facilitating strategic decision-making in real-time with clients.
- Collaborative, cross-functional mindset; thrives in complex, matrixed environments.
- Willingness to travel extensively ~80%.
- Knowledge of or prior experience with TeleTracking tools and solutions (preferred)
Education...
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing, business administration, health care administration or related degree (required)
- Master's in business administration, health care administration, nursing or related degree (preferred)
