Vice President, People and Culture
About The Role…
TeleTracking Inc. is looking for the Vice President, People and Culture. This leadership role is operating in a 34-year-old, privately held, health-tech, multi-national business that is transforming for substantial growth from a currently ~$100M business. The role reports to the President and will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team. The VP, People & Culture owns the full people agenda—strategy through execution—to guide the company’s structural, cultural, and capability evolution to enable rapid, profitable growth while safeguarding an engaging, compliant, private‑company workplace.
It is a critical, high-impact business role, key to achieving the company’s growth trajectory & enabling the transformation journey. The VP, People & Culture will work with leadership and be responsible for developing and executing the People Strategy necessary to drive accelerated growth, support the business strategy to achieve overall organizational success. Additionally, this role will have responsibility for leading a highly effective People and Culture Team; acting as a trusted advisor to the Senior Leadership team; assessing organizational and people needs; and attracting, developing, and engaging top talent.
What You’ll Do…
- Strategic HR Leadership – Translate owner and executives’ business, financial, and cultural expectations into a 3‑year people roadmap covering workforce structure, size, skills, culture and cost; serve as counsel to the Executive team on talent risks and opportunities.
- Org Design & Workforce Planning – Architect future‑state structures, spans of control and role definitions including staffing and hiring/redeployment plans aligned to transformation milestones.
- Talent Acquisition & Development – Build an employer brand that attracts scale‑up talent; oversee recruitment, onboarding, succession, and targeted up‑/re‑skilling programs to close capability gaps quickly.
- Change Management – Craft and lead the case‑for‑change narrative, communications cadence, leadership alignment, and employee readiness metrics to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and structures.
- Culture & Engagement Stewardship – Maintain a high‑trust, performance‑oriented culture through leadership, pulse surveys, and proactive engagement activities.
- Total Rewards & Incentives – Design incentive plans to motivate growth behaviors while respecting private‑company financial realities.
- HR Operations, Compliance & Risk – Ensure agile, scalable HR processes, HRIS data integrity, and adherence to all labor, privacy and safety regulations, ready the organization for diligence in any audit scenarios.
- People Analytics & Reporting – Deploy dashboards linking headcount, turnover, productivity and engagement to growth KPIs with actionable insights.
- HR Team Leadership & Development – Direct, mentor and scale a high‑performing HR team; set clear priorities, build specialist capability, and foster a collaborative, service‑oriented culture that can scale with the company’s growth trajectory.
What We Look For…
- 15+ years progressive HR leadership in high‑growth or transformation settings; experience in privately‑held or founder‑led companies preferred.
- Proven track record in org redesign, change leadership and building high‑performance cultures.
- Strong business acumen and comfort balancing owner, executive and employee interests.
- Data‑driven decision maker with excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves operator who is equally comfortable setting strategy and personally executing core HR tasks as needed.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources (or a related field), master’s degree preferred
License or Certifications
- PHR or SPHR is preferred
