About the Role:

The Account Executive UK will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our active UK NHS clients. Working as part of the UK team, the post holder will help strengthen our impact through the development of long-lasting relationships and an ability to maximise use of our platform.  

This position is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that align with our business objectives. The successful candidate will be instrumental in identifying new opportunities with existing clients, negotiating and planning renewals, renewals, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the contract lifecycle.  By leveraging a good understanding of the NHS and healthcare industry trends, the Account Executive will contribute to strategic planning and execution, ultimately enhancing our competitive edge. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Proven experience in sales or account management within healthcare.
  • Strong understanding of the NHS.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Established network of contacts within the UK NHS.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients and make sure we are putting forward the most appropriate solutions to support their needs.
  • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate renewals, and close contracts effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor NHS market trends and competitor activities to inform the UK leadership team and support strategic decision-making.

Skills:

  • The required skills for this role include excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, which are essential for building a rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong influencing and relationship building skills.
  • Analytical skills are important for assessing client data and making informed decisions that align with business goals.
  • Proficiency in project management will help ensure that client projects are executed smoothly and efficiently.
  • Preferred skills, such as familiarity with CRM software, will enhance the candidate's ability to track client interactions and manage relationships effectively.
