About The Role...

 

The Application Architect is responsible for understanding and interpreting requirements, contributing to technical architecture & design documents, coding (construction), and continuous testing of complex modules and applications in support of the TeleTracking cloud platform.

What You'll Do...

Contribute to creation and following Teletracking’s coding and unit testing practices to design, develop and test software across all architectural layers. - 20%

Operate with a team of Enterprise and technical architects to architect and build TeleTracking solutions. - 20%

Work closely with product management to understand business requirements/revenue contribution, innovate on solutions, and incorporate our technology strategy. - 15%

As an agile team member, participate and conduct code reviews, design reviews, etc. - 15%

Utilize domain driven techniques and design patterns to build and contribute to technical design. - 15%

Serve as a mentor and expert resource on the team as well as develop and maintain knowledge on new application behaviors. - 10%

Write technical architectural and design documents. - 5%

Education...

Degree : Bachelor’s Degree

Discipline: Computer information technology, computer science, management systems or related discipline

Required or Preferred: Required

 

What We Look For...

7 + years of experience in all areas of application development including at least three years of using Microsoft .NET and SQL technologies building commercial grade applications -  Required

Advanced knowledge and experience with n-tier, enterprise-scalable, distributed application environments - Required

Strong understanding of Object-Oriented design (classes, constructors, interfaces, properties, methods and events) - Required

Experience with source code version control and the coordination/synchronization of multiple active branches - Required

Familiarity and experience executing several software development methodologies and life cycles - Required

Experience incorporating third party components and frameworks - Required

 

Skills...

Strong software development and Object-Oriented programming skills - Required

Solid application development skills utilizing C#, JavaScript, HTML5 technologies and other Microsoft technologies like ASP.NET Web API, entity framework, WCF - Required

Expert level skills in MVC, ASP.NET, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 or any JavaScript framework like AngularJs, etc. - Required

Expert level skills in .NET Framework (C#), ASP.NET WEB API, Entity framework, WCF Web Services, MS SQL - Required

Development experience in JavaScript frameworks like AngularJs - Preferred

Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with end users to transform requests into robust solutions – Required
