About The Role…

The Clinical Executive is responsible for cultivating and enhancing relationships with health system clients, ensuring their long-term success through the delivery of measurable outcomes. This role serves as the primary clinical contact, collaborating with stakeholders at all levels—from front-line leadership to the executive suite—to co-create a vision of success tailored to each client’s needs. In partnership with TeleTracking’s Commercial, Client Success, and Product teams, the Clinical Executive develops and communicates performance metrics that demonstrate the tangible value TeleTracking delivers, fostering transparency and client satisfaction. A strong understanding of the TeleTracking platform and its full suite of capabilities is essential to help drive successful client outcomes. The role involves regular travel (up to 50%).

What You’ll Do…

 

  • Act as the principal TeleTracking clinical consultant for large National and Strategic clients, focusing on aligning patient access and flow strategies with measurable key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI) outcomes. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and provide advanced reporting and dashboard tools that highlight the value delivered by the TeleTracking platform.
  • Possess deep expertise in the TeleTracking technology platform, utilizing its full capabilities to drive client outcomes and ensure they can leverage the technology effectively within their operations.
  • For smaller clients, support account teams by offering expert guidance on strategies to enhance client success, such as assessments and targeted dialogues, ensuring a proactive approach to growth and satisfaction.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on hospital operations and clinical workflows, providing insights both internally and externally. This may include contributing to product development, speaking at industry conferences, or publishing thought leadership content.
  • Stay informed on best practices and trends in patient flow, access, and related healthcare topics to maintain an expert level of understanding and consultation.

 

What We Look For…

 

  • 10+ years of healthcare experience with deep knowledge of hospital and clinical operations, particularly patient flow.
  • Proven success in healthcare leadership roles, demonstrating the ability to build and sustain strategic relationships.
  • Expertise with the TeleTracking technology platform, including the ability to understand, articulate, and apply its capabilities in client settings.
  • Experience in consulting or a demonstrated ability to quickly influence and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.  
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

 

Education

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing or other related field.

 

License or Certifications

 

  • Valid Driver's License
  • Registered Nurse License, if applicable
