The Role
We’re hiring a People Operations Manager to own HR across EMEA and help drive expansion into APAC. This isn’t about maintaining processes, it’s about shaping them. You’ll be the go-to leader for hundreds of employees across Ireland, Poland, the Netherlands, and the UK, while partnering with the C-suite to open new markets (we’ve just launched Australia, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE).
This is a career-defining opportunity to build the People Ops playbook for Europe and influence how we scale across APAC.
What You’ll Do
- Own People Ops across EMEA — ensuring compliance, scalability, and an exceptional employee experience.
- Launch new markets — partner with leadership to stand up hiring and HR frameworks in new countries.
- Be a strategic partner — collaborate with C-suite and managers across product engineering and go-to-market teams.
- Scale with speed — drive automation, optimize workflows, and keep our HRIS and processes audit-ready.
- Lead with impact — manage sensitive employee matters with discretion and set the tone for a culture of trust and growth.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in HR/People Ops, with direct ownership of a region or business unit.
- Track record of scaling People Ops across multiple countries.
- Knowledge of European labor law, visas and compliance (or better yet a strong desire to learn).
- Experience in high-growth SaaS/tech environments.
- Comfortable influencing senior leadership and building frameworks from scratch.
- Bonus: experience launching operations in APAC markets.
