The Role

We're looking for a Channel Manager to own and grow Telnyx's relationships with Technology Solutions Distributors (TSDs) and their technology advisor communities. You'll be the go-to partner for TSD sales teams and the agents they support — enabling them to confidently position and sell Telnyx's full product suite: voice, messaging, SIP trunking, numbers, IoT/SIM, and our rapidly growing Voice AI solutions.

This is a relationship-driven, strategic, and high-energy role. You'll train, enable, and activate advisor communities — turning them into confident Telnyx advocates. You'll work side-by-side with TSD partner managers and their agents to identify opportunities, support deal cycles, and close business together.

Channel is where Telnyx scales. You should want to be at the center of that.

What You'll Do

• Own and deepen relationships with assigned TSDs and their technology advisor networks
• Enable and train TSD sales teams and agents on Telnyx's full portfolio — voice, messaging, SIP trunking, IoT/SIM, and Voice AI
• Partner with agents on deal strategy, discovery, and solution design from first call through close
• Collaborate with Telnyx Sales Engineering to deliver demos, technical deep-dives, and proof-of-concept support for agent-led opportunities
• Drive pipeline growth by activating net-new agents and re-engaging dormant partners within your TSD ecosystem
• Represent Telnyx at TSD conferences, partner summits, roadshows, and industry events (Channel Partners, TSD regional events, etc.)
• Provide accurate forecasting on channel pipeline and revenue
• Feed market intelligence back to product and marketing — you're the voice of the channel

What You Bring

• 5+ years of channel sales experience in telecom, UCaaS, CCaaS, CPaaS, or related technology markets
• Deep familiarity with the TSD/technology advisor ecosystem (Telarus, Avant, Intelisys, AppDirect, Sandler, etc.)
• Proven track record of building and growing agent relationships that produce revenue
• Strong technical curiosity — you can talk SIP trunking, APIs, messaging compliance, and AI without breaking a sweat
• Exceptional communicator — clear, credible, zero fluff. Agents trust you because you know the product
• Comfortable presenting to both technical buyers and C-suite executives alongside your agents
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, build-it-as-you-go environment
• Willingness to travel to TSD events, partner meetings, and industry conferences

Bonus Points

• Existing relationships within major TSD advisor communities
• Experience selling or supporting voice, SIP, messaging, or AI/automation solutions through channel
• Background at a CPaaS, UCaaS, or telecom provider (Twilio, Vonage, Bandwidth, Lumen, etc.)
• Familiarity with Telnyx or our product suite
• Experience with channel quoting tools, TSD portals, and partner enablement platforms
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC, Challenger, or similar sales methodologies applied in channel motions
• You've spoken at or actively participated in TSD summits, channel conferences, or partner advisory councils

Why Telnyx

Profitable & independent — no runway anxiety, no layoff cycles

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
