As a testament to our success, we're proud to stand as a financially stable and profitable company. Our robust profitability allows us not only to invest in pioneering technologies but also to foster an environment of continuous learning and growth for our team.

Our collective vision is a world where borderless connectivity fuels limitless innovation. By joining us, you can be part of laying the foundations for this interconnected future. We're currently seeking passionate individuals who are excited about the opportunity to contribute to an industry-shaping company while growing their own skills and careers.

The Role

We're looking for a high-performing GTM Recruiter to join our fast-paced, nimble Talent Acquisition team. You'll take ownership of full-cycle hiring across our Go-To-Market organization — Account Executives, BDRs, Channel Sales, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architects, and Marketing — supporting the rapid growth of our global revenue teams. At Telnyx, we're building the infrastructure that powers programmable communications, Voice AI, private wireless, and SIP trunking on our own global carrier network — and you'll play a critical role in hiring the people who sell it.

You're someone who thrives in a high-velocity environment, balances strategic sourcing with hands-on execution, and builds strong relationships with sales leaders, hiring managers, and C-level stakeholders. You're energized by tough searches — finding AE candidates who can sell infrastructure, BDRs with hunter DNA, and channel sellers who understand partner ecosystems. You know that hiring for GTM is different: the best sales recruiters don't just fill roles, they build revenue-generating teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting for the full GTM org: AEs, BDRs, Channel Sales, Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Demand Gen — across US, EMEA, and APAC
• Source globally and move fast — top sales candidates don't stay on the market long, and neither should your offers
• Build and maintain a proactive pipeline of GTM talent — don't wait for reqs to open to start building relationships
• Partner closely with sales leadership (VP of Sales, Regional Managers) to deeply understand role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and team dynamics
• Drive a high-quality, inclusive candidate experience — from first outreach to close, every touchpoint matters
• Sell the Telnyx story with clarity and enthusiasm — our mission, our products (CPaaS, Voice AI, private wireless), our traction, and why joining a rocket ship beats a legacy telco
• Use data to continually improve hiring velocity, quality of hire, sourcing effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates
• Coordinate with People Ops on offers, onboarding, and compliance across multiple geographies

What we are looking for

• 2–3 years of in-house recruiting experience, with a focus on GTM, sales, or revenue roles
• Strong track record of hiring Account Executives, BDRs/SDRs, and sales leadership — not just volume, but quality
• Comfortable juggling 15+ open roles across multiple geographies and shifting priorities
• Startup mindset: adaptable, hands-on, strategic, and comfortable with ambiguity
• Confident working directly with VP+ sales leaders and C-level stakeholders
• Strong sourcing skills — you don't rely on inbound alone; you headhunt
• Impeccable communication — you can write a compelling outreach message and coach a candidate through a multi-stage interview process

Bonus Points

• Experience recruiting in telecom, CPaaS, UCaaS, CCaaS, or AI/ML sectors
• Familiarity with sales hiring at infrastructure, SaaS, or API-first companies
• Greenhouse (or similar ATS) experience
• Experience hiring across EMEA and APAC markets
• Understanding of sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, SPIN, Challenger) — you know what good looks like in a GTM candidate

Race & Ethnicity Definitions

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
