Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify blockers, resolve challenges, and escalate risks when needed.
  • Monitor project performance, maintain documentation, and provide clear status updates to stakeholders.
  • Leverage AI and automation to streamline project management workflows, improve reporting, and increase productivity.
  • Drive AI adoption by identifying opportunities to automate repetitive tasks, integrate AI into project workflows, and improve how teams work.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive operational efficiency.
  • Support product launches, system implementations, and other strategic initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • 1-2 years of experience in project management, program management, operations, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects and deliver results.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience working across technical and nontechnical teams.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with technical systems, APIs, data, and new technologies.
  • AI-first mindset with hands-on experience using AI tools to solve problems, automate workflows, analyze information, and improve day-to-day productivity.
  • Proactive mindset with strong ownership, attention to detail, and ability to drive projects forward.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience in telecommunications, cloud communications, SaaS, or API-driven platforms.
  • Familiarity with Telnyx products, APIs, or communications infrastructure.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Linear, or Monday.com.
  • Experience with SQL, Looker, Tableau, or similar analytics tools.
  • Experience building AI-powered workflows or automations using scripts, APIs, or no-code tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and process improvement practices.
  • Experience coordinating product launches, technical integrations, or operational initiatives.

Join Telnyx and help build the operational foundation behind global connectivity. You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of meaningful challenges, collaborate with talented teams, and help shape how a global technology company scales its operations through data, automation, and continuous improvement.
