Location
This is a hybrid role. This model requires the ability to work in a hybrid mode from one of our offices in São Paulo (2 times/ week or 8 days/ month) or Porto Alegre (3 times/ week or 12 days/ month). Our office culture is designed to foster in-person innovation, collaboration, and connection with team members local and visiting from other global offices.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled DevOps & IT Systems Administrator to support the FueliX platform operations. This role combines technical infrastructure management with user support responsibilities, ensuring smooth operations across multiple cloud and enterprise systems.
Responsibilities
- Manage and configure cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure), GitHub repositories, DNS settings, and Quibrid AI servers
- Ensure system security and manage access controls across platforms
- Provision and manage user access for tools like Slack, Atlassian (Jira/Confluence), FueliX, and email aliases
- Configure and maintain SSO integrations (Okta or OneLogin), including attribute mapping and basic troubleshooting
- Coordinate with Global IT to resolve technical issues and handle hardware requests (laptops, monitors, etc.)
- Maintain internal documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Support SOC 2 compliance initiatives and audit readiness
- Evaluate, implement, and manage internal tools and infrastructure, including Atlassian project and workflow setups.
Qualifications
- An eye for detail and a drive to find root cause issues rather than just band-aid fixes
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure)
- Proficiency in identity and access management
- Experience with DevOps tools and practices
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOC2)
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience with enterprise collaboration tools
