Location and Flexibility

This is a hybrid role. This model requires the ability to work in a hybrid mode from one of our offices in São Paulo (2 times/ week or 8 days/ month) or Porto Alegre (3 times/ week or 12 days/ month). Our WFN culture is designed to foster in-person innovation, collaboration, and connection with team members local and visiting from other global offices.

 

The Opportunity:

Few people think about all the nuances and layers of detail that go into making a product, but that's exactly what Product Analysts do. These professionals collaborate closely with Product Leads, Delivery Leads, Design and Engineering teams to understand business needs and vision. Their role is to execute and bring that vision to life by translating these needs into technical requirements. In essence, Product Analysts bridge the gap between high-level business objectives and the detailed specifications necessary for product development.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Work with different stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives
  • Collaborate with team members to break down abstract client needs into precise product requirements
  • Help keep development running smoothly by managing requirement backlogs
  • Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical tickets for the engineering team
  • Build a shared understanding of product requirements among the internal team
  • Work closely with product designers to build experiences that align with business goals and support the end-users’ needs
  • Participate in conversations around scope management and feature prioritization
  • Write feature documentation, user guides, and release notes

 

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a role with similar responsibilities
  • An understanding of the software development life-cycle (SDLC) and experience working on software development projects
  • Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and/or requirements documentation
  • An Understanding of Agile development methods
  • Demonstrated ability to champion projects from beginning through implementation
  • Ability to communicate clearly and rally teams and individuals around a vision
  • Strong documentation and technical writing skills
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with a wide range of team members and stakeholders from different backgrounds
  • Self-starter who takes initiative in solving problems and can self-manage commitments and deadlines
  • Ability to approach complex problems with a critical thinking and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Interest in working with AI
  • Proficient in communicating and writing in English
