We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Programs Lead to spearhead our talent acquisition initiatives in Latin America. This role will be crucial in developing, implementing, and evaluating innovative talent programs to attract, assess, and hire top-tier entry-level candidates across various disciplines.
Location and Flexibility
This is a hybrid role. This model requires the ability to work in a hybrid mode from our office in São Paulo (2 times/ week or 8 days/ month). Our work from near culture is designed to foster in-person innovation, collaboration, and connection with team members local and visiting from other global offices.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive talent acquisition programs tailored to the Latin American job market and our company's needs.
- Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, HR business partners, and external partners (universities).
- Create and oversee campus recruitment strategies for top universities in Latin America.
- Implement data-driven approaches to measure the effectiveness of talent programs and make data-informed decisions.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in talent acquisition, particularly in Latin America, and incorporate best practices into our programs.
- Collaborate with global talent acquisition teams to ensure alignment with company-wide strategies and goals.
- Manage the budget for talent programs and ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Create and maintain a strong employer brand presence through various channels and initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, program management, or related field.
- Fluent or advanced language abilities in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful talent acquisition programs.
- Strong understanding of the job market, labor laws, and recruitment practices in Latin America.
- Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools to drive decision-making.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates, employees, and senior management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of diversity and inclusion best practices in hiring.
- Familiarity with social media and other digital platforms for talent sourcing and employer branding.
