About the team:

You will be part of a small, flexible, and dynamic IT team with an informal atmosphere and opportunities for personal development. We are enthusiastic about supporting users with their IT software and hardware issues, and we pride ourselves on delivering an excellent end-user experience. We specialize in cloud and enterprise management tools like Microsoft 365, Azure, and Intune, ensuring our company data remains secure in a Zero-Trust Environment.

This role is based in our Copenhagen office and is a primarily "in-office" position.

About the role:

We are seeking an IT Administrator to join our team in Copenhagen. You will play a crucial role in supporting operations and users, optimizing our IT infrastructure, and ensuring a seamless and secure IT environment across the entire company.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Intune, Azure, and our Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Manage devices and users via Intune and Entra.
  • Provide technical assistance and support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Set up and maintain computers, software deployments, and configurations.
  • Purchase IT equipment and keep asset Inventory up to date.
  • Create and maintain guides and articles for our self-service site.
  • Run, and participate in, IT projects.
  • Execute best practices in all our operations, ensuring compliance with internal policies, SOC, ISO, and GDPR security standards.
  • Design, test, and deploy configuration and security policies, focusing on secure, scalable endpoint management and data security.

Expect about five days of travel per year to our Berlin and Eindhoven offices. These trips are for local IT projects and maintaining the local IT setup.

  • You are experienced in IT administration or a similar role.
  • You possess solid knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365, Entra AD, and Intune.
  • You are service-minded; helping comes naturally to you.
  • You maintain a positive mindset and attitude.
  • You are a structured, responsible, open-minded team player who takes initiative and gets stuff done.
  • You are fluent in spoken and written English.
