Business Development Representative

About the role:

As a Business Development Representative, you will be joining a dynamic and international team in New York. Together with the team, you will work closely with our Account Executive and Account Managers, supporting them with client prospecting, conducting sales pitches, client and account research and planning, product demonstrations, and tailored go-to-market strategies for existing customers, amongst other things. You will be establishing the first contact in unexplored regions and departments to expand the Templafy business and bring the necessary urgency to support our expansion targets. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Be a key team member of the sales team driving new business opportunities.
  • Use a consultative sales approach to position and qualify sales opportunities along with the Account Executive and Account Manager team.
  • Kickstart customer dialogues and engage with prospects via telephone, email, and LinkedIn to understand their needs and opportunities.
  • Show creativity and flourish in the Templafy environment, finding new and better ways to work.
  • Be motivated to overachieve on targets and metrics. 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or similar looking for a job in Sales.
  • A great communicator and at least fluent proficiency in English 
  • Self-motivated with a business-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
  • A “Can Do” / “Winner” attitude, with a 'self-starter' commitment to reach above targets.
  • Have a desire to pursue a career in sales.
  • A valid work permit to work in the United States.

Compensation: 

Base Salary: $60,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
