Marketing Systems & RevOps Delivery Manager

Who you are: 
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Marketing Systems & RevOps Delivery Manager to lead key revenue operations initiatives while owning and optimizing marketing systems. In this role, you will balance product ownership for marketing technology with the execution of critical RevOps projects across Marketing, Sales, and Post Sales. You'll focus on system processes, operational alignment, and driving cross-functional collaboration to ensure systems support growth and efficiency. This role requires a strong background in both marketing systems and program management, with a proven ability to lead impactful initiatives. 

What you’ll do: 

  • Serve as the product owner for marketing systems, such as CRM and marketing automation tools, ensuring alignment with strategic marketing and business objectives. 
  • Partner with marketing teams to optimize systems for lead management, campaign execution, and reporting, driving efficiency and data integrity across all touchpoints. 
  • Lead cross-functional ceremonies to gather business requirements, translate them into system capabilities, and drive solutions that support marketing initiatives. 
  • Enhance marketing systems by driving automation, improving funnel management, and ensuring seamless data alignment with RevOps initiatives. 
  • Serve as the primary liaison between marketing and RevOps teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns, proactive issue resolution, and ongoing system improvements. 
  • Lead and manage the execution of critical RevOps projects, ensuring operational alignment between marketing, sales, and post-sales teams to support revenue growth in agile cadences. 
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive RevOps roadmap visibility, enabling high-impact projects that streamline workflows and integrate systems across departments in coordination with RevOps team. 
  • Provide transparent communication and regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear expectations around deliverables. 

What you’ll need to succeed: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field (advanced degree preferred). 
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, product ownership, or marketing systems, ideally within revenue operations. 
  • Strong understanding of revenue operations and marketing systems processes across Marketing, Sales, and Post Sales functions. 
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage complex initiatives from inception to completion. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building consensus and fostering collaboration across teams. 
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, Pardot, or HubSpot. 
  • Experience in a SaaS or high-growth technology environment. 
  • Familiarity with RevOps platforms, tools, and methodologies. 
  • Program management or Agile certifications.

Compensation: 

Base Salary: $120,000-$153,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
