Enterprise Account Manager

As part of our Account Management team in New York, you’ll have the opportunity to own and grow a portfolio of enterprise customers, building trusted partnerships and helping them get the most value from our solutions. This is a role designed for ambitious early-career professionals who want to accelerate their development in SaaS, gain exposure to enterprise customers, and grow into a senior commercial role over time.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of ~50 enterprise accounts, developing meaningful, long-term relationships.
- Identify opportunities to expand customer use cases and grow revenue in a sustainable way.
- Build pipeline and lead sales opportunities, supported by teammates in Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, and Product.
- Act as a strategic partner to your customers, helping them succeed while strengthening our own business.
- Work cross-functionally and contribute to building a collaborative, inclusive team culture.
- Learn from experienced colleagues while also sharing your knowledge and perspective.
What we expect from you:
We’re looking for a proactive and driven Enterprise Account Manager who’s ready to step up and grow with us. You don’t need to tick every box. We’re most interested in your drive, your mindset, and your willingness to learn.
- 2–4 years of experience in account management, sales, or other customer-facing roles (experience in SaaS is required).
- Strong B2B sales skills, ideally with exposure to enterprise-level customers. If you haven’t sold at scale but have managed complex sales cycles, we’d still like to hear from you.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders, including senior executives.
- A track record of delivering results, whether through exceeding quotas, driving customer impact, or contributing to team success.
- Experience working in a fast-paced or scaling environment, with a hands-on, collaborative approach.
- Curiosity and a growth mindset, and comfortable navigating change, and eager to learn.
- Familiarity with frameworks like MEDDPICC or Command of the Message is a plus, but not required.
- Interest in AI or previous experience using AI-powered products is a bonus.

Compensation:
OTE: $160,000-$200,000 (50/50 split, which means 50% of this is base and 50% is commission). Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
