Summary
Temporal is seeking an experienced, innovative, and strategic Senior Campaign Manager for Enterprise to lead our efforts in delivering targeted campaigns tailored to specific sales segments and regional needs. The successful candidate will manage a diverse portfolio of segment-specific strategies, ensuring campaigns effectively address the unique requirements of our Commercial and Strategic teams across different regions. This role requires crafting highly customized marketing programs that significantly impact our business and deliver a pipeline impact across segments.
What You'll Do
- Develop and Implement Segmentation Strategies: Lead the creation and execution of segmentation strategies, focusing on the specific needs of different sales segments and regions. Use data-driven insights to develop bespoke campaigns that address unique market and customer demands.
- Coordinate with Sales Teams: Work closely with Commercial and Strategic teams to understand each region's specific needs. Implement tailored marketing strategies that align with these needs, ensuring maximum engagement and conversion.
- Measure and Optimize Campaign Performance: Define key performance metrics for each segment and continuously monitor and optimize campaign effectiveness based on these metrics. Communicate results and insights to stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and Developer Relations to ensure alignment on strategies and goals. Utilize insights from these collaborations to refine and enhance segmentation approaches.
- Lead Regional Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and measurement of marketing campaigns across various regions, ensuring they meet the localized needs of the target audience.
What You'll Bring
- Experience with Sales Segmentation: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing strategies specific to sales segmentation and regional customization.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using marketing tech, analytics, and project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Looker, Customer.io) to dissect and understand segment-specific data and campaign performance.
- Strategic Planning: Ability to conceptualize and implement detailed marketing plans that effectively cater to diverse and specific market segments.
- Communication and Reporting Skills: Exceptional ability in reporting campaign results to stakeholders and translating complex ideas into clear, actionable strategies.
- Adaptability and Innovation: Eagerness to explore new methodologies, adapt strategies based on market feedback, and innovate within the segmentation space.
Compensation
- The estimated pay range for this role is $117,000 - 147,000
- This role is eligible to participate in Temporal's equity plan
Compensation ranges reflect salary and commission compensation (when applicable) across several geographic markets. Employment offers carefully consider multiple factors, including prior experience, knowledge, expertise, skillset, market location, and job level assessed during the interview process.
