Role Summary
We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator (6 Month Contract) to support our hiring efforts during a key period of growth. In this role, you will help drive a thoughtful, efficient, and high-touch candidate experience while supporting recruiting operations across departments. You’ll collaborate closely with our Talent, People, and Hiring teams to ensure interviews are well-organized, communication is timely and inclusive, and our recruiting processes run smoothly. This contract position is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and excited about helping build world-class teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
What You’ll Do
- Own complex, high-volume scheduling logistics for interviews across multiple time zones, balancing speed and precision in a fast-paced environment.
- Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones with accuracy and care.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the process, ensuring a respectful, clear, and positive experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in our ATS (Greenhouse), ensuring data accuracy, timely updates, and supporting data-driven decisions.
- Partner with the People team to support onboarding and new hire transitions.
- Recommend and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, candidate satisfaction and inclusivity.
- Support ad hoc recruiting projects (e.g., career fair logistics, diversity hiring initiatives, vendor evaluation).
What You’ll Bring
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or talent operations in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
- Experience with modern ATS tools (e.g., Greenhouse), scheduling tools (e.g. Gem Scheduler), and calendar management systems (Google Workspace, Outlook).
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a dynamic in an evolving environment.
- A proactive, solutions oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
- Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to adapt quickly to changing needs.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with open-source communities, technical recruiting environments, or developer-first companies.
- Experience working in a startup environment
Compensation ranges reflect salary and commission compensation (when applicable) across several geographic markets. Employment offers carefully consider multiple factors, including prior experience, knowledge, expertise, skillset, market location, and job level assessed during the interview process.
