Senior Operations Analyst – RevOps
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to join our RevOps team and partner closely with sales leadership and drive data-informed decisions that power growth. In this role, you'll deliver insights that optimize territory design, quota management, and forecasting, while enabling scalable, efficient sales processes. You'll play a critical role in improving sales productivity through reporting, performance analysis, and tool evaluation—all in service of a high-performing, data-driven GTM team.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with sales leadership to deliver actionable insights to optimize pipeline coverage, territory design, and quota management.
- Support pipeline management by ensuring data accuracy and driving adoption of scalable, repeatable forecasting processes.
- Drive sales productivity and efficiency by identifying process inefficiencies and partnering GTM System teammates to implement automation and scalable workflows.
- Analyze sales performance data to uncover trends, gaps, and opportunities, delivering insights that enhance productivity and effectiveness
- Enable data-driven decision-making by building real-time reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on win/loss trends, customer segments, and deal velocity to refine and optimize sales strategies
- Support the evaluation and implementation of tools that improve GTM efficiency and sales team effectiveness
Qualifications
- You have experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Field Operations supporting GTM teams.
- You’re fluent in Salesforce and skilled at building reports and dashboards that enable data-driven decision-making.
- You thrive on solving problems, uncovering insights in data, and streamlining sales processes for scale.
- You’re comfortable partnering cross-functionally and confident presenting recommendations to sales leaders.
- You combine a strategic mindset with the willingness to dive into the weeds when needed.
- Bonus: You’ve worked with sales engagement tools or other components of the modern GTM tech stack.
Compensation
- The estimated pay range for this role is $128,000 to $160,000
- Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Temporal’s equity plan.
