Manager, SI Partnerships & Programs

As an SI Partnerships & Programs Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of scaling our services partner ecosystem, driving new business, and impacting the future of Temporal. This is an opportunity to be an early hire on an elite team, build meaningful relationships, and create a lasting impact on a generational, innovative company. We have 40 SI partners today, and this role will be leading the way in multiplying new business opportunities from our existing partners, as well as scaling the ecosystem to support our hypergrowth.
Partnerships is a key differentiator and core priority for Temporal, and this role offers the unique opportunity to build and own a key bet for the company, working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive the success of our ecosystem.
What You’ll Do
- Maximize pipeline generation from an existing set of priority System Integrator (SI) partners, while strategically onboarding new partners to expand Temporal’s reach, influence and new business opportunity
- Develop and execute creative business development plays to drive net new business and consumption acceleration
- Partner with a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to accelerate services partner enablement and project success
- Operate and execute across business development, direct selling, and partner management
- Evolve our Partner Program to attract top-tier partners, while ensuring their success through optimal onboarding, enablement and GTM programs
- Serve as the primary advocate for your partners, working closely with our internal teams to drive closed/won partner projects
- Embed a partner-first mentality within Temporal’s sales organization and operate as a force multiplier for our sellers
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years in partnerships, alliances, and/or sales, with a proven track record of building and scaling services partner ecosystems and programs
- Maniacal attention to detail, excellent work ethic and unwavering commitment to delivering business results
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport with and influence cross-functional teams, primarily sales
- Highly motivated self-starter - embraces white space, and turns that white space into opportunities and impact
Compensation
- Base Salary Range - $147,200 to $217,000, depending on qualifications and location
- Commissions (if applicable) - $63,200 to $93,000; commissions are uncapped and include a draw
- Equity Options - Eligible for stock options as part of Temporal’s equity plan
