Tempus is currently looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our fast growing People Operations team. This recruiter will focus on supporting our Sales and Customer Success teams and will contribute to our overall recruiting success by assisting in all stages of the hiring process. Ideal candidates will have a can-do attitude, great interpersonal communication and killer organizational skills.
What you’ll do:

Communicate regularly to hiring teams and recruiting leads around interview process and updates

Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and create compelling job descriptions

Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach

Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit

Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal teams, ensuring a seamless process for candidates and stakeholders

Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and statuses in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Provide an exceptional candidate experience by communicating clearly and promptly throughout the hiring process

Partner with HR and hiring managers to extend offers and assist in the negotiation process

Track and report on key recruiting metrics, such as time-to-fill and source of hire

Contribute to employer branding initiatives by promoting the company’s culture, values, and employee value proposition

Stay up to date on labor laws, hiring best practices, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies
Requirements:

Bachelors degree
-
2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience within the healthcare industry

Sales recruitment experience preferred

Internal recruitment experience preferred

Strong track record of sourcing and recruiting in the Healthcare/ Life Sciences market

Outstanding organizational skills, with keen attention to detail and diligent task follow-through

Outstanding customer service orientation

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast - paced, dynamic environment

Strong communicator and ability to manage up

Highly collaborative, with a strong team orientation

Proven experience using sourcing tools and systems including ATSs (Greenhouse), social media recruitment tools, and job databases

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal): friendly, tactful, good negotiator, ability to influence others

Our team ensures that the company attracts and retains top talent by sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates to fit the needs of the organization. We assess an applicant's relevant knowledge, skills, and aptitude and take care of the candidate experience from reach-out to onboarding. The expected salary range below is applicable if the role is performed from [Illinois] and may vary for other locations. Actual salary may vary based on qualifications and experience. Tempus offers a full range of benefits, which may include incentive compensation, restricted stock units, medical and other benefits, depending on the position.
Illinois Pay Range
$55,000 - $75,000 USD
