
Senior Sales Operations Manager

Job Summary:
The Senior Sales Operations Manager will provide strategic leadership and oversight for end-to-end sales operations, driving process optimization, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance sales performance and revenue growth. He/she will also need to manage and oversee the bid management process, ensuring competitive, compliant, and high-quality proposals that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of scalable sales processes to maximize efficiency and sales effectiveness.
 - Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analytics, delivering actionable insights to leadership.
 - Manage CRM systems strategy to ensure data accuracy, automation, and user adoption across sales teams.
 - Lead and develop the sales operations team to achieve organizational goals.
 - Ensure compliance with sales policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
 - Identify and implement technology improvements to enhance sales workflows and reporting.
 - Oversee the entire bid management lifecycle, including opportunity qualification, bid strategy development, cross-functional coordination, proposal creation, compliance, and submission.
 
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
 - 7-10 years progressive sales operations experience with 3+ years in a leadership role.
 - Proven expertise in CRM management (Salesforce preferred) and sales analytics tools.
 - Demonstrated experience in bid or proposal management, preferably with large or complex deals.
 - Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
 - Excellent leadership, communication, and project management abilities.
 - Ability to manage multiple priorities, lead change, and work collaboratively across teams.
