
AI/Data Intern (May - Dec 2026)

Role purpose
An Intern works in project teams, which may be led by a Manager or Director. The expectation is for the Intern to play an active role in supporting the AI & Data team on various projects and initiatives aimed at leveraging data-driven insights to drive business growth and innovation.The role will provide a learning opportunity for the intern and valuable support to the organization.
Key accountabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Assist in the development and implementation of machine learning models and algorithms.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
- Support data cleaning, preprocessing, and transformation tasks.
- Assist in designing and conducting experiments to test hypotheses and validate models.
- Help build data pipelines and infrastructure to support data-driven decision-making.
- Contribute to the development of data visualization dashboards and reports.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence technologies.
Professional skills
- Currently pursuing a Diploma, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science or a related field.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical concepts.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
- Familiarity with data manipulation and analysis libraries/frameworks (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn).
- Basic knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to handle intensive workloads in a fast-paced setting
- An effective team player, dedicated to contributing towards the outcome desired by the team
- Deeply curious about design and its impact on technology and business, highly motivated to have an impact on clients, and interested in a variety of client issues
Qualifications
- Pursuing a diploma, undergraduate or graduate degree
- All-round achiever and outstanding academic record
- Demonstrated leadership in extracurricular activities
- Experience in project work
- Fluent in English and preferably in another regional language
