
People Partner (C&B, Business Partnering)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a People Partner to join our People team. You will work closely with business leaders and the broader HR team to support day-to-day people operations, employee lifecycle management, and compensation & benefits administration. This role also provides exposure to organisational change and integration work as Temus continues to grow.
Job Responsibilities:
People Partnering
- Support business unit leaders with day-to-day HR advisory across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance, and offboarding.
- Partner with managers on employee relations matters, providing practical guidance on policies, processes, and MOM regulations.
- Assist in headcount planning and help maintain accurate records in line with internal governance and Finance sign-off requirements.
- Coordinate and support the execution of performance review cycles, including documentation, calibration logistics, and follow-up actions.
Compensation & Benefits
- Support the annual compensation review process, including data preparation, salary benchmarking inputs, and coordinating approvals.
- Administer employee benefits programmes and serve as the first point of contact for benefits-related queries.
- Assist with MOM and CPF compliance, ensuring accurate and timely submissions across employee types.
- Help prepare offer letters and compensation proposals in line with approved salary bands and internal equity guidelines.
Organisational Change & Integration Support
- Assist with onboarding and integration activities for employees joining through new business units or acquired entities.
- Maintain and update HR documentation, policies, and process guides to reflect changes in organisational structure or workforce composition.
HR Operations & Reporting
- Maintain accurate employee data and HR records across systems, ensuring data integrity for reporting and audit purposes.
- Prepare regular HR reports and dashboards covering headcount, attrition, and compensation data for leadership review.
- Support process improvement initiatives within the People & Culture team to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 3–6 years of HR experience in a people partnering, HR generalist, or C&B role, preferably in a technology or professional services environment.
- Good working knowledge of Singapore employment legislation, CPF regulations, and MOM requirements.
- Comfortable working with data — able to prepare reports, maintain trackers, and support compensation modelling in Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across levels of the organisation.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience supporting organisational change or integration activities is an advantage.
