AI Product Manager

As an AI Product Manager, you will shape and drive AI-powered products and solutions that address real business and operational challenges. You will work across business, technology, delivery, and commercial teams to identify high-value opportunities, define the product direction, and bring AI solutions from concept through implementation and adoption.

You will play a key role in connecting client needs with emerging AI capabilities, ensuring that solutions are scalable, commercially viable, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities for AI-enabled products and services.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities where AI can improve business processes, operational efficiency, customer experience, or service delivery.
• Translate business challenges and user needs into clear product requirements, AI use cases, value propositions, and implementation roadmaps.
• Develop business cases and quantify the expected value and impact of proposed AI initiatives.
• Work closely with AI engineering, solution architecture, delivery, sales, and business teams to take solutions from ideation through development, deployment, and adoption.
• Engage senior stakeholders and clients to understand priorities, align expectations, and drive product adoption.
• Define and monitor product success metrics, including productivity improvement, cost savings, turnaround time, service quality, adoption, and business impact.
• Support the development of commercial models, service offerings, and go-to-market strategies for AI-enabled solutions.
• Stay current with developments in Generative AI, Agentic AI, intelligent automation, and enterprise technology to identify opportunities for new products and capabilities. 

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, digital transformation, technology consulting, or managed services, with responsibility for driving technology-enabled initiatives.
• Strong experience developing business cases, product or transformation roadmaps, and value realization frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions and measurable outcomes.
• Experience working with engineering and delivery teams to bring AI, data, automation, or digital products from concept through production and adoption.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging and influencing senior business leaders and client stakeholders.
• Understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI agents, intelligent automation, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Familiarity with product commercialization, pricing, service catalogue development, or go-to-market activities.
