Your Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic AI Lead to drive our enterprise AI strategy and ensure the successful implementation of AI initiatives across the organization. This role will be responsible for leading our AI Council, working with AI governance, managing AI project intake and prioritization, and fostering AI enablement and education to support responsible AI use. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in artificial intelligence (AI), large language models (LLMs), machine learning (ML), analytics, and generative AI.
Your Opportunity:
- Develop and execute the Enterprise AI strategy aligned with business objectives
- Lead the AI Council, ensuring collaboration across business units to drive AI innovation and adoption
- Work closely with the AI governance team to establish and enforce responsible AI practices, policies, and compliance
- Oversee AI risk management and ethical considerations, ensuring AI deployments align with regulatory and internal guidelines
- AI/ML Development: Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn). Experience developing, fine-tuning, and deploying LLMs, deep learning, and generative AI models
- Data Engineering & Infrastructure: Strong knowledge of big data technologies (Spark, Databricks), feature engineering, and vector databases for AI applications
- Cloud & AI Deployment: Hands-on experience deploying AI solutions in AWS, GCP, or Azure, with expertise in MLOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless AI deployments
- Manage the intake, evaluation, and prioritization of AI-related requests from various business units
- Work cross-functionally with IT, data science, and business teams to assess AI opportunities and feasibility
- Ensure AI initiatives are aligned with company goals, providing measurable impact and value
- Lead AI enablement programs to ensure employees understand how to responsibly use AI tools and technologies
- Develop and implement training sessions, workshops, and best practices to build AI fluency across the organization
- Act as an internal advocate for AI literacy, promoting innovation and responsible AI usage
- Stay ahead of AI advancements, trends, and emerging technologies to drive innovation
- Provide technical oversight and guidance on AI/ML model development, deployment, and optimization
- Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to build and scale AI solutions
- Ensure AI solutions are interpretable, scalable, and integrated effectively within enterprise systems
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, analytics, and data-driven strategy
- Proven leadership in AI strategy, governance, and implementation within an enterprise setting
- Deep understanding of LLMs, ML algorithms, generative AI, and AI ethics
- Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple AI initiatives and stakeholder expectations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience leading AI education and enablement programs is a plus
- Familiarity with AI regulations, compliance, and responsible AI frameworks

This is the base pay range for this position. Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, location and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. Employees are also eligible for variable compensation in addition to base pay (commission for sales roles, bonus for non-sales roles), depending on company and individual performance. US Pay Ranges
$136,500 - $181,833.33 USD
