Your Role:
As a member of the QA team, you will contribute to building testable systems, developing and maintaining automated tests, and supporting the integration of quality practices throughout the development process. You'll collaborate closely with developers and other team members to ensure effective test automation and CI/CD integration, while continuously learning and improving QA processes.
Your Opportunity:
- Write, maintain, and improve automated tests for UI, API, and integration layers
- Contribute to the design and development of test automation frameworks and tools
- Help ensure quality across the tech stack, including services, APIs, and data workflows
- Collaborate with developers to support effective unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
- Promote a culture of testing and quality throughout the development lifecycle
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback related to test coverage and reliability
- Support the integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Perform manual or exploratory testing when needed to uncover edge cases or gaps
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps to ensure quality is considered in design and implementation
- Contribute to efforts that improve test stability, coverage, and reporting
What You'll Need:
- 3–5 years of experience in QA automation, test engineering, or software development in test
- A strong interest in automation and a quality-first mindset including testing front-end, APIs, back-end systems, and data layers
- Solid programming skills in TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, or a similar language, with experience writing clean and maintainable test code
- Hands-on experience with at least one testing framework or tool (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar) and and the ability to design effective and reliable automated test coverage
- Solid understanding of software testing principles, including unit, integration, and end-to- end testing
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices, including integrating tests into pipelines (e.g., Azure Devops, Jenkins, or similar)
- Ability to collaborate with developers to improve test coverage, identify edge cases, and support testability in system design
- Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively across engineering and product teams
- A self-driven, problem-solving approach and a mindset focused on continuous improvement
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English
And Ideally:
- Experience working on SaaS products or in cybersecurity-related domains
- Familiarity with containerization and cloud infrastructure tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, or AWS/GCP/Azure
- Exposure to performance, load, or security testing tools and concepts
- Proficiency in both written and spoken French
- A strong sense of curiosity and initiative to explore new technologies including AI or modern automation frameworks and an interest in applying them to improve QA workflows and efficiency
