This role exists to optimize workflow, manage resources, and oversee project timelines to guarantee the timely delivery of high-quality creative work that supports key business
objectives.
Your Opportunity:
- Manages the creative workflow and project trafficking to ensure the on-time, on-budget delivery of all creative assets. This is achieved by implementing and owning a project management system (e.g., Asana) to receive, prioritize, and track the status of all creative requests from intake to final approval.

- Serves as the primary liaison between the creative team and internal stakeholders (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Product) to streamline communication and manage expectations effectively. This is done by leading project kick-off meetings, providing regular status updates, and ensuring all feedback is consolidated, clear, and actionable.
- Owns and maintains the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system to ensure efficient storage, organization, and retrieval of all creative assets. This includes managing metadata standards, enforcing naming conventions and usage rights, controlling user access, and training internal teams to ensure the DAM serves as the single source of truth for approved, on-brand assets.
- Develops and maintains comprehensive project timelines and production schedules to provide clear visibility for the entire team and its cross-functional partners. This includes creating detailed project plans or roadmaps and proactively adjusting them as project requirements evolve.
- Manages the roster of external creative resources, including freelancers, agencies, and vendors, to augment in-house capabilities for specialized or high-volume work. This involves sourcing and vetting new talent, negotiating contracts and rates, and seamlessly onboarding external partners.
- Oversees the creative production and quality assurance (QA) process to ensure all assets meet technical specifications, brand guidelines, and quality standards. This includes facilitating.
- May perform other duties and responsibilities that management may deem necessary from time to time.
What You'll Need:
- 5-7 years of experience in project management, traffic management, or studio management, preferably within an advertising agency or an in-house creative department.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience managing a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, including asset organization, metadata/tagging standards, user permissions, and governance best practices.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is a plus.
- Expert proficiency with project management software such as Asana, Jira, Wrike, or Monday.com.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a proven ability to manage dozens of projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build strong relationships, mediate conflicts, and motivate team members.
- Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to understand creative team needs and experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a talent for remaining calm, flexible, and adaptable under pressure, with a meticulous eye for detail.
