Your Role:
As our Senior UX Design Manager in Tel Aviv, you will serve as a key strategic partner to the Director of User Experience. You will lead a talented team of three designers locally while acting as the vital link to our global organization.
This is a "player-coach" role that requires a high-energy leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be able to move at the speed of the Tel Aviv tech scene on the ground while possessing the strategic maturity to scale processes and bridge the gap with our global UX team.
Key Responsibilities:
-
Strategic Partnership: Work in lockstep with the Director of UX to influence the long-term roadmap and ensure local execution aligns with global milestones.
-
Global Connector: Act as the "connective tissue" between the high-velocity Tel Aviv office and the broader global UX team, ensuring consistency and transparency across time zones.
-
Team Leadership & Mentorship: Direct and grow a team of 3 designers in TLV, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability in a fast-moving setting.
-
Unified Platform Vision: Support the Director in large-scale unification efforts, ensuring our product portfolio transitions into a singular, comprehensive platform experience.
-
Design for Market Leading Cyber Security Products: Our personas are data heavy Enterprise users and security teams. Key personas include Security Analysts and Practitioners, Security Managers and CISOs.
-
AI Integration: Collaborate on the strategy for "Designing for AI," both for product features and optimizing internal design workflows.
-
Advocacy & Diplomacy: Act as a strong voice for UX within the TLV site. You will partner with Product and Engineering leads, standing firm on UX principles while navigating strong personalities.
What You Bring:
-
10+ Years of Experience: Deep expertise in UX/Product Design, with 3+ years in a leadership role managing direct reports.
-
Global Navigation: Proven ability to work within a dynamic, global organization. You know how to balance the "need for speed" on the ground with the "need for scale" at the corporate level.
-
Adaptability: You thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and can pivot quickly without losing sight of the long-term UX strategy.
-
Collaborative Mindset: A proven ability to work as a "second-in-command," translating high-level vision into actionable local milestones.
-
Systems Thinker: Experience working on complex platform architectures and a passion for creating order out of fragmented product suites.
-
Communication Mastery: Exceptional English skills; you are comfortable presenting to global executives and defending design integrity under pressure.
-
Strategic Analytical Ability: Proven track record of performing deep-dive heuristic audits and persona mapping to solve systemic fragmentation. You should be able to look at 'Good vs. Bad' patterns and articulate a path toward a unified, AI-enhanced future.
-
Practitioner Roots: You still love the craft. You are comfortable jumping into Figma to solve complex problems or lead by example on high-priority tasks.
