What makes Tenable such a great place to work?
Ask a member of our team and they’ll answer, “Our people!” We work together to build and innovate best-in-class cybersecurity solutions for our customers; all while creating a culture of belonging, respect, and excellence where we can be our best selves. When you’re part of our #OneTenable team, you can expect to partner with some of the most talented and passionate people in the industry, and have the support and resources you need to do work that truly matters. We deliver results that exceed expectations and we win together!
Your Role:
This isn't a support function role. You'll sit at the leadership table for your geography, advising leaders across Go To Market organizations. You'll own the people strategy for your region, lead a small HR team, and be the person local leaders call when they need to move fast — on talent, on culture, on hard situations.
Tenable secures some of the world's most complex environments. The HR function here operates at that same level of rigor. If you want a seat where your judgment actually shapes how the business runs, this is it.
Your Opportunity:
Strategic Partnership
- Serve as a core member of the geographic leadership team — advising VPs across business lines with a OneTenable lens
- Translate Tenable's global people plan into local strategy and execution
- Partner on the Emergency Response Playbook for scenarios that require fast, coordinated HR action
Talent & Organizational Development
- Lead Talent Assessments for Senior Manager and above roles in your geography
- Collaborate with global Talent Management to build manager capability and accelerate team development
- Drive D&I initiatives that move the needle — not just programs that check a box
- Actively participate in interviews for leadership roles across the region
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure hiring managers and interview teams are invested and ready to assess talent
Employee Relations & Compliance
- Build manager capability to handle employee situations effectively and early
- Advise leaders — including those based in other geographies — on in-country employment laws and customs
- Make or guide decisions on terminations and reductions in consultation with Legal and the Chief People Officer
Team Leadership
- Manage and develop an Associate HR Business Partner, including workload, priorities, and career growth
- Oversee local onboarding execution and ensure a high-quality candidate and new hire experience
What You'll Need:
- 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 6 in a management or people leader capacity
- Proven track record partnering with and coaching VPs and senior business leaders in a global company
- Working knowledge of employment law and customs in your assigned geography
- Strong influencing and facilitation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment without losing the thread
- Clear, direct communicator — in writing and in the room
- Comfortable operating across time zones with a globally distributed team
And Ideally:
- BA/BS in HR or a related field (preferred)
