Enterprise Onboarding Specialist

Irvine, CA

Position Summary:

As our Enterprise Onboarding Specialist, you'll lead our largest customers from signed contracts to confident, fully trained teams. You'll own enterprise implementations end to end, plus our customer training program. Your goal is for every operator to go live ready and stay successful.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead enterprise onboarding. Own implementation for multi-property operators: kickoff, discovery, project plans, data migration coordination, configuration, and go-live across many sites.
  • Own go-live readiness. Run a structured readiness checklist and hold to our two-week standard, for instance creation and payments. Raise risks early and recommend moving a date when an account isn't ready.
  • Own customer training. Design and deliver training for customer site managers, district managers and corporate teams, both live and on demand. Build role-based curricula and keep them current as the product changes.
  • Carry the training program forward. Take over customer-facing training from our Learning & Development function. Work with the Knowledge team on help-center content, and with Product on release training for customers.
  • Manage stakeholders. Be the main contact for enterprise customers during onboarding. Run regular status updates and handle escalations calmly.
  • Coordinate internally. Work with Sales on the handoff, with Support and Engineering on technical issues and integrations, and with CSM on a clean post-launch transition.
  • Measure what matters. Track time-to-go-live, readiness at launch, training completion, and early post-launch ticket volume. Use that data to improve how we onboard.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or customer training, including large or multi-site customers.
  • Proven ability to manage several complex projects at once and hit timelines.
  • A skilled trainer who can adjust for different audiences, from front-desk staff to executives.
  • Comfort with technical topics like data migrations, integrations and payment setup, and the ability to explain them simply.
  • Confidence to push back with customers and lead them, not just follow their agenda.
  • Strong written communication and organization. HubSpot experience is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in self-storage, property management, or multi-location operations software.
  • Instructional design or LMS administration experience.
  • Flexibility to support customers across time zones

Salary:

The salary for this role is $100,000 – 115,000 based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, internal equity etc.

How you will work:

This is an onsite role requiring 5 days in the Irvine office.
