Associate Director, Financial Advisory
The Role (Turnaround / Transformation / Operational Role)
Our Financial Advisory team is expanding, and we are looking for a talented and ambitious individual at Assistant Director level to join our hands-on, delivery focused performance improvement team.
We support a wide range of businesses from those that are Private Equity backed through to large corporates who want to take an accelerated lens to performance improvement in delivering improvements to their cash & EBITDA position. Our team is pragmatic in its approach and helps businesses overcome challenges by supporting management (and owners, where appropriate) to drive sustainable operational change.
Successful candidates will benefit from a strong track record in delivering performance improvement initiatives, experience in navigating senior stakeholders and strong analytical skills, including Excel/PowerPoint capability from within a consultancy or corporate background.
This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside our established team who will support you to utilise and enhance your advisory skills. You will work alongside some of the most experienced practitioners in the field advising the boards, management teams, lenders and shareholders of companies. It is anticipated that some of these businesses may be underperforming and/or facing any financial stress where the situations will allow you to seamlessly link into the wider Teneo network across multiple jurisdictions.
As an Associate Director in the team, you will have the opportunity to work and lead on a diverse range of engagements across all sectors, with plenty of responsibility for leading workstreams, managing junior staff and supporting Directors and Managing Directors in client-facing delivery.
