The Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Producer to join our dynamic team in London. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and delivering digital content, campaigns, and projects. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and technical expertise to ensure the successful execution of digital initiatives.

 

Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Develop and oversee the creation of various digital content formats, including videos, social media posts, website content, and more
  • Digital Strategy: Design and plan digital-first campaigns using current and emerging platforms, leveraging all forms of paid and owned media
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor project performance, collect data, and make recommendations for optimising campaigns
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee quality control processes to ensure deliverables meet project standards and expectations

 

Skills and Experience

  • 5–8 years of experience in digital production or a related field
  • Proven track record in developing and executing digital content and campaigns
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and platforms
  • Experience with analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Knowledge of UX and website development processes is a plus
  • Strong understanding of key AI platforms, their capabilities, and practical applications
  • Experience applying AI tools in real-world client projects is highly desirable
