The Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Product Designer with at least 3 years of professional experience to join our Product team. This role will focus on designing intuitive, visually appealing, and ser-centered experiences that support the product vision and improve usability within the platform. Ideal candidate will have strong design skills, experience with Figma, and a passion for creating an engaging design product.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with software engineering team and other engaged stakeholders to turn ideas and requirements into user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
  • Create polished mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma and similar design tools
  • Refine and improve designs based upon feedback collected through user feedback and usability testing
  • Maintain and contribute to design systems, ensuring consistent brand and product experiences
  • Work as part of the Product team to ensure designs balance user experience with product strategy and technical constraints

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
  • 3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, preferably in product- driven environment
  • Proficiency in Figma and modern design modern tools (Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design work with an emphasis on usability, interaction, and visual design
  • Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and user research methods
  • Familiarity or knowledge of other design technologies, such as Storybook and/or Locofy
  • Communication and collaboration skills, ability to present and explain design concepts to variety of audiences
  • Bachelor’s degree in visual, graphic, or interactive design, or related degree.

Salary for this position will range from $60,000 -$90,000 depending on experience, skills, and education.
